Do you offer Term Accounts or just Credit Card?

All purchases are through a Credit Card unless previous arrangements have been approved for qualifying Customers. We accept ALL major Credit Cards.

What if something is missing/damaged in my shipment?

We stand behind everything that we sell with certain exceptions.
If an item is missing, broken or defective when you receive it from the factory, we will either replace it or issue credit for it at our discretion. We must be notified immediately if this occurs.

Under no circumstances will we replace a damaged or broken tool once it has been used as we have no responsibility or control over how someone uses it.

What is your Return Policy?

Unused Standard off-the-shelf tools may be returned for Credit or Exchange within 30 days from the time of Purchase. Depending on the Vendor, there may or may not be a Restocking charge. Shipping is the responsibility of the Customer.

You must contact us for an RMA for item/items to be authorized for return.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We also ship to Canada & Puerto Rico

We have the ability to ship elsewhere at our discretion depending on where &the dollar amount of the order.

Do you manufacture/offer Special tools?

Yes, we have the manufacturing capabilities for Special Tools of all types, including Large DIA.’s, Micro Tools, Form Tools, etc. All Specials are subject to a +/-10% on the quantity. RFQ’s must be accompanied with DWG’s. or detailed sketches of tools, we do not manufacture off of Part B/P’s. Please send RFQ’s through our Company “Contact-Us” page or through our e-mail.

Once Special orders are placed they cannot be cancelled unless done so immediately.

Do you offer Lines other than what appears on your website?

Yes, we offer many additional lines that have not been added to the website yet, such as K-Tool, Harvey Tool, Microcut, Morse Cutting Tools, Regal Cutting Tools, North American Tool, Richards Micro Tool, NTK, Techniks and Roentgen Bandsaw Blades.
